14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no questions asked. We extend this window to 30 days for first-time customers as part of our Orven Welcome Guarantee.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging
  • Hygiene seal must be intact (required by EU consumer law)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Final sale and personalised items are excluded

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@orven.com with your order number and the reason for return
  2. Receive your prepaid return label within 24 business hours
  3. Drop off the package at any partner courier point
  4. Track the return status via your account dashboard

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation at every step.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Orven product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@orven.com for a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Free EU Shipping

Orven offers free standard shipping in the EU on orders over €39.99. Returns within the EU are free of charge.
